Dr. Isaac Hankla, DMD
Dr. Hankla purchased Reynolds Mountain Dentistry in the fall of 2024 with the aim of providing exceptional care and to continue Dr. Adams' legacy.
Dr. Hankla grew up in Jamestown, Kentucky. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. He received his Doctorate Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in May of 2016.
After graduating Dr. Hankla moved to Savannah Georgia where he practiced dentistry for 7 years. He moved to Waynesville NC in 2023. Dr. Hankla has the yearly goal of taking 100 hours of continued education to constantly improve his treatment. He is excited to be the owner of such an innovative and respected office.
Dr. Hankla and his wife Julia have a sweet little girl. His hobbies are cooking, reading, and spending time with his two dogs Goose and Pearl.

I’m the Office Manager at Reynolds Mountain Dentistry, where I bring over 20 years of healthcare experience and a passion for patient care and practice operations.
Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my two amazing kids, we love going on weekend adventures and creating memories together. Whether it’s exploring local spots or taking fun trips, I cherish every moment with them.

Hi, I’m Beth. I’m one of 2 hygienists in the office. I’ve been in the profession since 1985.
I have 2 kids and 5 grandkids. I enjoy spending time with family and being at home with my dogs.
Treatment and Finanical Coordinator

I am the Treatment and Financial coordinator at Reynolds Mountain Dentistry. I moved from California to the Smoky Mountains in 2008 and have called North Carolina home ever since. I’ve worked in dentistry since 2015 as a dental assistant and office administrator, drawing on past roles—from CNA to cake decorator—to care well for others. I live here with my husband, our daughter, a sweet dog, and a wild-but-lovable cat, with family close by in Brevard.

I was born in Buffalo, NY, and moved to Raleigh with my family as a teenager. I came to Asheville to attend UNC-Asheville and quickly fell in love with Western North Carolina, making it my home since 1998. Outside the office, I enjoy swimming, “mermaiding,” yoga, biking, and hiking. I’ve raised two wonderful children here, both now grown.

I am the front office receptionist at Reynolds Mountain Dentistry. I’m a proud mother of two daughters and an Asheville native who enjoys life’s simple pleasures—walking, tennis, traveling, and cooking. After 11 years in the chiropractic field, I began working in dentistry in 2024, bringing with me a strong background in patient care. Staying active and balanced remains a priority both at work and at home

I am a registered dental assistant. I moved to North Carolina in 2004 from California. I have worked at Reynolds Mountain Dentistry since 2004. I have been a dental assistant since 1989.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with horses and hiking with my dog.

I have been in dentistry since 1989. I am originally from California. I moved to Asheville in 2002 with my daughter and my dogs. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, gardening. I have worked in Reynolds Mountain Dentistry office since 2006.

Hi, I’m Sonia! I’m ordinally from Mexico and speak Spanish and English and some French. I have been a NC Native since I was 5. I’ve been doing Dental since 2005. I received my Dental Assistant II from Wake Forest, and my Radiography from Ab-Tech. I have an amazing husband Vladimir from Chile South America a Daughter that is 20 years old and a little one that is 8 so life is always interesting. Our fur baby is a Minatare Schnauzer and we recently have gotten an Axoloto. I enjoy gardening and hiking and spending time with friends and family. I can’t wait to meet you and help take care of your smile!
Community Involvement
Our office celebrates Patient Appreciation Day every year. Our business cards are given to patients for admission to a game, usually in mid-August. We enjoy seeing all of you at this fun night sponsored by Reynolds Mountain.
It is one small way we can express our gratitude each year to let you know how much we appreciate you! We provide 2 front row box seat tickets to every Asheville Tourists game. You are invited to call during the week of the game you would like to attend and request the tickets. We are happy to share this fun night in the Asheville community.
